This update is no good. I use to do mail holds with ease but now I have been at it for 30-45 min, it says I have the dates on hold but I dont see them in the list or else I cant refresh the list to see if they are there. It freezes on me. What a royal pain this new update is.

Tracking number(s) some times does not show up most of the time. The app just keep getting worse the always make a bug fix update when there is nothing wrong with it. This problem is on an iphone 6s btw

App is VERY SLUGGISH! The tracking dashboard is downright atrocious for load times even with only one package to track. App crashes and refuses to load at all randomly. Keep cutting costs and reducing staff in a government agency and THIS is exactly what happens. Why even reduce the price of a stamp 2 cents when Id rather pay the extra money and actually get better results.

A few months ago after one of the updates the app stopped showing tracking info. You cant track anything or see package status. Fix it please!! This app was so useful before.

You can tell this is a government app because it doesnt work very well. This comment not only applies to the mobile app, but all of the other USPS apps as well. Dont they have some of their people using the apps to check their functionality??? Gee, I just dont understand why the USPS is going broke and why everyone hates doing business with them.....

I should be able to swipe and delete tracked scans without having to tap the tiny x on the top right corner. To make things worse you have to wait for the page to refresh. Very frustrating and time consuming when you have to scan and track multiple pieces.

Please fix the app so that we can edit the name as soon as we scan the barcode. Currently, we have to wait until USPS acknowledges the creation of a label.

This app is horrible. Tracking never gets updated until after delivery...and that was before the most recent update. Now, I cant launch it, delete it...NOTHING! Will not use again!

You cant even launch your Dashboard in the app. It just redirects you to Safari. Mostly useless app in that regard.

The notification does not work at all. If you take it delete it and reapply it still does not respond. Im glad that I have other apps so I could be notified, other wise I would never be notified. This a very poor quality app.

Nearly 2 years ago I LOVED this app. I wrote a rave review about how the government finally got something right: it was simple, beautiful, and functional. I could easily order supplies for my business, locate nearby drop points on the go, track packages, and quickly request pickups. With every single update they have taken away some of the functionality. Now it is nearly useless - its almost easier to get on my computer to request a pickup, the simplest action. And I cant even do anything else with this app. Please FIRE YOUR DEVELOPERS and bring back the genius who wrote the first version. One has to wonder: do they ever even read the reviews? I mean you can SEE everyone saying the same thing about the updates.

Every time it updates it gets worse. Loved it when the app would save my info for pickups and automatically fill it in for me. Adding the info each time(even from contacts) is a ridiculous waste of time. About half the time it waits until I get all the info added and then the app flips back to the main screen and I start over. I need pickups every day for my business-this isnt helping.

Older version was much more useable and user friendly. You cannot add name to the tracking feature until the package "shows up in the Postal system". Quite useless and difficult to use. FedEx and UPS starting to look more appealing.

Its easy to use and always up to date.

Cant do anything on this app other than track a package.

My app no longer starts up. I tap the icon, looks like its going to open. But then it just returns to the home screen. The product is just as bad and unreliable as the USPS itself.

This app needs to be fixed. I keep getting sent back to the beginning of the app every time when I go my tracking

Only as good as all postal employees correctly scanning each step. This is hit or miss for the most part as you would expect. Most useless is the scheduled delivery date, the update logic is flawed, ie two days after a date with no delivery yet, still shows updated scheduled delivery two days ago.

Mail hold has decline yet again. The ability to cancel or change a mail hold is now gone. As an added "feature", you cant add a new mail hold until after the current hold expires. I truly wish life could be that simple. USPS, please go back to the previous revision that actually worked

Yesterday I was able to copy and paste a tracking number and search for the shipment. Today when I do the same, there is no way to search and absolutely nothing happens. Deleted and reinstalled, but no change. Totally useless.
