Same as everyone else. Cant rename tracking anymore and has been down multiple times within past few weeks. Fix it cause its garbage

I have almost daily package pickups and I used to be able to duplicate a pickup in the app and schedule a new one, super easy. Now I have to enter in a new address every time because app crashes when I try to choose from address book. So obnoxious. Please fix this!!

This app used to work phenomenall! Now its always force closing. If you add a name to the tracking number. It doesnt show the name anymore after saving it. Please fix! If something isnt broke dont fix it. That applys here. It WAS great before!

Thats what the problem is. If we can just double the budget of USPS, everything would be perfect. The app would be state of the art, and packages would be delivered on time and to the correct address. Whos with me? Lets raise taxes! But on me, lets make Warren Buffet pay for all of it. Im sure hes up for it.

In the "hold mail" section of the app, it doesnt automatically pull in my address. Ok. But then there is a link to pull an address from your contacts. When you click on the link, it opens up your address book, I can search for myself, but theres no way to actually "select" me (Or anyone else for that matter). So I tried using "previous hold". Again, it wont pull over a contact, or an address, so I even tried pasting in the confirmation number from my last hold, but the search button is not available. So what this means is every time I want to place my mail on hold I have to manually type in my entire name and address. This is a pain.

Update 2016-10-30: App was updated and the name issue still wasnt fixed so I lowered the rating. Original Review: Love using this app to keep track of packages but it seems with the jump to iOS 10 that saving nicknames no longer works properly.

This app is useless, you are redirected to the website to do anything important. The app crashes constantly and you used to be able to schedule a pickup easier by just repeating an old pickup now you have to look up previous pickup through confirmation number. NOT USER FRIENDLY!

Please fix the bug that causes the USPS App to crash. When I go to "schedule a pickup" and then hit "schedule a new pickup" and then hit "add from contacts" and then hit my address to automatically prefill the information, it crashes every time. And I mean every time. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still unable to name your deliveries, a real problem if you are following multiple packages. You need new app developers, get your money back from current ones, their work is defective.

Used to be able to duplicate pickups but now that remnant of a good feature is gone and attempted to add my own address from the address book just crashes the app! I am left with manually entering my own address every single day... such a waste of time.

I like the app overall. When I first started using it on my iPhone a few years ago I was impressed with its ability to pull info from my iPhone contact. Some time ago that stopped working, which is sad because it is a great feature if it works. Please fix this! Thanks.

Every time there is an update, it seems like something stops working. It doesnt track either by typing the number in or scanning the barcode. Ive tried multiple times and nothing comes up. Whats the point of this app then. I ship a lot and itll be nice if this app would actually work. I switched to 17TRACK app but it takes hours for that to update the info.

Cant edit the name of the package anymore. Making it very difficult when multiple packages are coming in.

The pick up scheduler is nice if I didnt have to enter my name every time. Whenever I click on add to contacts, then click on my name, then click on my address the app crashes. Maybe make it so I can sign in to my usps account.

Worked great until iOS 10. Now "Add from contacts" (to auto fill address) crashes. Can no longer see list of previous Pick Ups (must type in Conf no. & email), used to be 1 click. Its nearly useless now.

Schedule a pickup is broke again. Why doesnt it show you the previous Pickups so you can easily copy them!! Stop breaking the app already!!!

This app has not been working for over a month now please fix

Until the developer of this app gets around to fixing it dont bother downloading or using it. Cant scan in barcodes for tracking anymore. Then if you copy and paste or type in your barcodes you can no longer rename them to something meaningful. Totally pathetic. Please fix for iOS 10!

Naming a package worked until recent updates. Now, you can name a tracking number for convenience, however, the number remains. Please fix.

When will this allow direct, in-app access to MyUSPS account? I should be able to pay my PO Box bill in this app. I also wish it would send me notifications for packages when theyre scanned, delivered, exceptions, etc. Seems pretty elementary to me for a tracking app from theUSPS! Also, the second-to-last update caused the rename feature to no longer work, which is a big bummer. Now I have to click on each item to see what it is, because of course I cant identify it by just a tracking number...Cmon, USPS–get with it already!
