With the last update no more available the name on the tracking number, very important because its impossible to memorize every number so long

Every update it gets worse!! Cant even add names to tracking numbers nothing gives with this app.

Hold mail doesnt work. Doesnt remember your previous entries. Add a hold, get no confirmation but it wont let you see the hold because it never sends confirmation email. Disappointing.

New update for pickup schedule is ridiculously tedious. No stored memory of user info makes it a huge process to schedule daily pickups. What happened to "duplicate pickup" function?

They need to improve tracking,

Revert back to the original app. On my iPhone 6 I have to shut it down several times to get it to display the items I am tracking . Then when it does show it the tracking number, that I coped and pasted from the web side, is showing invalid on the app.

The USPS site says you can use this official app to pay for your PO Box. Apparently NOT! I had to go to the website to do something that would have been an easy win for a mobile app like this. What a shame.

I know the usps is struggling but they really need to hire an experienced programmer. This is the worst app Ive ever used. It doesnt even work.

Usps app is useless!! doesnt give you tracking update. No way of contacting them very poor service! Own by federal and yet has this worst service? Smh

Do not download if you want to scan a USPS barcode on a iPhone 6. This will not scan anything!

Wont even let me track a package. Wow.

You are better off using the safari on your iPhone to access options like my usps since the app just does that anyhow. Useless in the end.

Literally the worse tracking app there is.

This app used to work fine. It was faster to track & schedule shipments etc. through this app instead of going through the USPS website. Since their recent update tracking has not worked.

Helps me with what I need to do and know.

This app would be great if it actually loaded!! The tracking page comes up blank most of the time. Its been easier and quicker to get updates through the sale site.
