Once Again....PLEASE Fix the fact that you cannot name shipments. Super inconvenient.

App was good until the recent update caused the save name function to stop working.

Can not scan barcodes in iOS 10. Must enter numbers manually. Also can not edit names! Doesnt even deserve the 1 star rating!!

Simple task of "tracking" doesnt even work. POS

You cant add labels to shipping items being tracked. That alone makes the app nearly useless to me. It also runs slow on iPhones 6+.

You enter trakcing numbers in the app, it does nothing! You "re-name" tracking numbers so you know what is what, and it doesnt show the name anymore on the main tracking page of the app, just the number. Previously it would show you the name. Whats the point of being able to "re-name" a tracking item if you cant see it? As usual, USPS is continuing to go DOWN HILL, from mail carriers who dont deilver mail because they are lazy to apps that dont work, is this really our countrys postal system? SCARY!

The app used to save all my previous pickups in a list. Now I have to copy and paste a pick up confirmation to edit it? Thats very annoying with multiple pickups. It was so easy before to click on the previous pickup and dupe it. Now its hectic.

Often have to enter tracking more than once for it to save to list. Also cant label them anymore, which is annoying when youre tracking shipments coming and going and dont know what is what now. Moving on to UPS for shipments I want to track.

When I try to scan a code Im sent to a costumer satisfaction survey.

Everything is working pretty well, except I can no longer name shipments. This may not seem like a big deal, but its impossible to keep them straight when I have several at once. Other than that, no complaints.

App was working fine until the last update. Add a nickname feature is retarded and wont work anymore. Some tracking numbers wont track or wont let you add the tracking number. Whoever designed this update obviously did not check for mistakes. Much like current administration.

Just like how we can get automatic emails of incoming shipments this app needs to automatically have the same info as we receive via email about whats coming and the tracking number.

I track 10-15 packages a week and need to name them. Unable to name each tracking with the latest update.

I need to set package pickups every day- and on the previous version had all of my frequently used info already saved. The new version doesnt save any info, and when putting in all of the pickup info (name, address, number of pkgs, etc) the app often crashes! The holidays are coming- get it together USPS!!!

Getting worse with each release. Not working, not responding, cant track , cant rename tracking numbers. Fire your developers for creating bugs and QA for passing them thru!

Tracking is not working. I just got around in circles. It finally came up with an error saying the tracking app is having problems, try again later.

Some months ago they "upgraded" the app and removed the ability to schedule from a previous pickup meaning a 30 second job took 4 minutes. Great job!!! They eventually put that back. I was thrilled. Now all of a sudden the did the same thing. They appear to allow scheduling from an old pickup but you must do it using email OR phone and a previous confirmation number. And of course we all memorize our shipping confirmation numbers. Thanks USPS, my trusted partner, for quadrupling my shipping time. WELL DONE!!!

Why dont the names show up anymore? Hard to tell which package with just numbers. App is down for technical reasons frequently.

Tracking does not work on this app. Everything else is just a link to your website on your browser. Waste time, deleting immediately.
