Waste of data to download

This app is bs, it only works when youre on wifi..

The App functions sometimes and when it does its ok. But who wants to get the "TRY AGAIN LATER" message when you use it. This seems to happen over and over again. Its more efficient to go to main website. But no surprise here this is what we get from our Govt. mediocre performance. Mediocre App.

"Sorry this app is having technical difficulties, please try your search again later." Not very good when youre trying to track a package. Fairly useful when it works except USPS dont seem to update the tracking info very timely.

What is the point of this app existing if I can not even add one single tracking number. Tried to add a tracking number and got about 5 error messages.

On itunes there is a "APP SUPPORT" button. Click on that and it takes you to the USPS website....THAT is not app support. Fix it immediately.

Constantly down, lost all the tracking numbers I was tracking overnight.

The app used to allow you to schedule pickups without entering in ALL your info every time. Now when I use the app to schedule a pick up, I have to enter all of my info on the screen, when in reality should all be saved (hence the APP). I am better off writing a note to my mail person to pick up box at front door. It saves me time and a headache.

This app is broken, crashed, hung. I can not even delete it from my iPad. Did USPS have obamacare programmers write this?

This used to be a great app...its like it went back in time!

App takes too long too load and process things (iPhone 6 and above)

Doesnt do anything at all. Old version was awesome.

I have to use this app everyday, it used to be awesome but then they updated. Works decent except for me except one major annoyance. Why do I have to confirm my address EVERY SINGLE DAY! It is always the same, and if I do one day decide to move, I will stinkn tell you!

Last update (04/09/16) broke the app; it crashes on launch.

Downloaded it thinking I could log in and see my Package Dashboard, but all the app does for package tracking is launch Safari/the USPS website. Or you can manually enter a tracking number into the app. If this allowed you to log in and see you package dashboard it would have been helpful to me. But since it doesnt, Im deleting the app since it would serve me no purpose.

Does not show tracking. The number one reason you get the app!

I read the reviews where people were frustrated about the lack of tracing features but I would be glad if it would launch successfully. Since the update, I cant get the app to open without having it crash & then close.

Wish this app had ability to create and print shipping labels...cant be that hard to write the code...ebay app lets me create and print usps labels and thats great when i have an ebay order but what about when i get order through my website...sure would be easier to open an app and create/print instead of the 12 other steps i have to take
