Never up to date...

Im Canadian and it works fine for tracking shipments from the US. When it hits the border I just switch to the CP app. Ive had no worse delays in seeing updates compared to UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or CP apps or web sites.

Im from Canada everything in the appmworks great but I would like some free supplies but there are no Canadian option, how can I get some boxes

As soon as your mail hits the local sort facility where it is coming from you will not know anything else about it until it shows up at your door. If it does. The concept of tracking completely defeated!

........but needs improvement. USPS does not update the information frequently.

Please change the app icon and improve the app layout and UI design. please add feature to share via iMessage, mail, Facebook, and SMS. Please add your contact info inside the app so that people can easily send feedback.

Its a great app for tracking packages, but why no barcode scanner for the iPod touch 5g? It has a 5 MP camera with auto focus. All the other postage apps like UPS and Canada Post support the scanner on an iPod, please update!!! Even all the new updates wont fix it!!!!!

App works fairly well. Would be better if there was a version for the ipad. Will continue using.

I got this app to do one thing: track a parcel. It doesnt work for me. Although the tracking info is available online this app fails to report it. So this is a negative. By the way, yes I am trying to track a USPS package.

Tracking? Stuck for days in the same location without updates ( or going anywhere)) can not be bothered by such little details,,,,,pension plan is more important. Original USPS site is no better! Service? Dont be ridiculous!

I really like this app. If it had push notifications for delivery status it would be 5-star, maybe in the next update??!!

Overall a good app. It does a lot and can be very useful. Just a couple of downsides that prevent me from rating it 5 stars: does do package tracking and shows the status but does not show estimated delivery date, doesnt do push notifications, and looks a bit outdated with its older iOS 6 design. Still a good, useful app. Im hoping theyll update the app to address the shortcomings I mentioned above.

You people need to fix the bar scanner feature. It used to work and since your update if I can scan one on ten packages I am lucky. Kindly get it working. Also add estimated delivery dates would be a bonus.

Please add push notifications for when items get updates (specifically tracking items).

It would be nice to have push notifications for tracking and a flat icon and design that goes well with IOS 7

App is useless not able to track anymore! Please fix!

Not a universal app, why? Stop forcing people to "always use GPS" when the app is in the background, it kills battery, and seems like you are only interested in tracking us. Add the option of GPS "while using". Until then 1 star.

The app is pretty good however it stop working for some reason. There is no update available. Please fix it. thanks

Used to love this app, but this version seems to be sensitive of some tracking numbers that shows a delivered status, it makes it crash on launch. If I remove that tracking number from the app it will work fine for the others. Other than that it is great.
